Eamon Campbell, Founder & Managing Director
Eamon has built his career on listening to customers. Success, he believes, comes from understanding their needs and wants, and having the skills and confidence to find creative answers to tough questions.
This unapologetic focus on the customer relationship has made Eamon a recognised advocate for change. A member of the Computer 2000 TechSelect Advisory Board, he is helping shape a more collaborative approach to problem solving and project delivery across the IT sector. And he’s leading the charge towards more mutually beneficial vendor/integrator/client relationships.
Eamon spent his early career delivering transformational programmes for some of the City’s most recognised brands, including Mitel and Reuters.
As sales director at Cisco reseller, Ciscom, he secured its Gold Partner status, helping grow revenues from £5 million to £35 million, opened its first City of London office in 2000, and went on to establish a new division focused on the growing Service Provider market. Working with PwC and the Ciscom leadership team to gain three offers of venture capital funding, Eamon transitioned and integrated Ciscom into NSC global with the sale of the business. Senior commercial positions at communication service providers AboveNet and Global Crossing complete his CV.
Today, as Managing Director, Eamon is responsible for Norisco’s overall strategy and business performance. With customer satisfaction a key factor in Norisco’s success, Eamon remains a very visible, hands-on figure across the business; ensuring clients enjoy the highest levels of quality and service delivery every time.
Alex Hooper , Finance Director
With over 15 years’ commercial experience working in financial operations and management roles within the IT sector, Alex believes you’re only ever as good as the people you work with – and that strong teams underpin success.
A hands-on senior manager, he believes in maximising operational performance through exemplary financial and business planning and process improvement. Because, as he says, customers need an expert, agile and practical partner who can deliver what they need – when they most need it.
His early career saw Alex working in senior financial roles with a number of specialist networking companies, including a stint as Group Financial Director at Cisco Gold Partner Ciscom. More recently as International Finance Director at NSC Global, Alex was responsible for the Global finance function of 18 global subsidiaries worldwide.
As Financial Director at Norisco he oversees the finance and human resource functions. And, because he understands the realities of the world of business, he’s also committed to utilising his extensive business strategy skills and financial know-how to directly support customers.
